At no extra cost, we use the following tools as necessary to ensure a thorough and accurate inspection.
Infrared Thermography utilizes a FLIR C3-X infrared camera in an effort to detect potential moisture intrusion, electrical issues, plumbing leaks, and defective areas of the home that may be causing energy loss.
Moisture Meter is used to obtain an exact
measurement of moisture content in scanned components.
Gas Detector locates flammable and explosive gas leaks of methane/natural gas, propane, fuel,
ethane, butane, alcohol, gas, gasoline, toluene, kerosene and other flammable gases.
IR Thermometer utilizes the concept of infrared radiation to determine the
surface temperature of objects without any physical contact, including HVAC temperature differentials.
